1. Introduction Welcome to SEDL - Super Easy Data Logging, a web app operated by Pation Software ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using SEDL, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

2. User Accounts To access certain features of SEDL, users must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Permitted Use SEDL is designed as a tool for gathering data in user applications. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited uses include:

5. Service Availability and Modifications We strive to maintain uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that SEDL will always be available. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, and technology related to SEDL are the property of Pation Software. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our explicit consent.

7. Termination of Access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SEDL if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in conduct that may harm the app or other users.

8. Limitation of Liability Pation Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use SEDL. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the app.

9. Governing Law These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Brazil, the USA, Mexico, Guatemala, Spain, Portugal, Peru, and Argentina. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the respective jurisdictions.
